How do I do in search for an old post in a thread?
this user has 1500+ posts in a single thread spreading across the past 6 years.
even if I do an advanced search by username and set the time to "a year ago and older", the oldest post of his I can find is one dated Feb 2012. Obviously he has posts dated back to 2008.
any idea?

in this page you will find that user's multiple posts which don't show up in the search result. e.g., http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/15777871-post8989.html
it seems the search only returns 500 results. so the best I can find is 500 posts that are "a year ago and older". but as I said, that user has probably 500+ posts that are "a year ago and older".
thanks.
