Dodgy advertisers
Hi,
One of FT's ad serving modules is delivering ads from a company called hotcrazydeals.com. The ad promises:
It's probably going too far to call them scam artists, but this is basically a dupe to get you to enter your credit card details, you then get billed for a 'membership fee' if you don't cancel within 72 hours. I haven't gotten as far as trying to sign up, as I wouldn't trust a company "registered in Panama" with such sensitive info.
I don't think FT should be displaying ads from companies like these.

£4.00 instead of £30.00 for credits on your Oyster card

FT can't pre-screen every ad, so sometimes stuff like this gets through.

In a similar, but slightly different vein. I have a problem with the ad for the "Game of War" app. When the ad is displayed (on my ipad running IOS7) it forces the App Store to open, showing "Game of War". A quick google shows that other sites have had problems with this particular ad and have blocked it. Any chance Flyertalk could do the same?

We're attempting to shut it down, but its periodic nature makes it hard to determine what ads are causing it. Screenshots would help a lot if you have them.
