I'm not tech savvy enough to know what is the cause, but on my IPhone, whenever I load a page from Flyertalk, the page scrolls automatically down so that there is about 3/4ths of my screen with blank whiteness and I have to scroll down to get to the "top" of the Flyertalk page. This has been going on for several weeks now.

Same PIA white space problem for me. Ipad 2 with newest ios. Since there is that thin blue bar at the top followed by white space i tend to agree with the earlier speculation about code that should have been removed but was not. This is irritating. Does not occur when using the pc.

How about a little better detail than "we're working on it" it's been a month for me and it's a MAJOR pain!
I've been on this forum for 12 years now - it would be nice if someone from IT would actually let us know what's going on.

Well... I just don't HAVE a lot to tell you.
We have been unable to replicate it. It's been reported on iphone 4 running the current IOS, which I have... and I see the site perfectly normally when I come here.
It's hard to fix a problem if you can't see it.
Clearing your safari cache & cookies apparently will not resolve it.
Otherwise there doesn't seem to be an apparent link between those who are experiencing this issue.
Is anyone using the iphone skin? Or Facebook Connect? I'm at a loss.
Paul

I've been having the same problem for a few weeks on my iPhone 4s (using Safari and iOS 5.0.1), as reported by everyone else here. I'm disappointed that IB can't engineer a fix because they can't replicate it. I never had this problem before, prior to this year, whether using an iPhone 3GS, 4, or my current 4s. No skin, no Facebook, Paul.

Speaking as an individual member and not for the TB:
I'm incredibly disappointed that a company with the resources as IB can't (1) fix this issue, (2) can't have a modern IBB and (3) don't have a decent iPhone/iPod/Android app.
I'm a member at MP. Although I spend 95% of my time here, they have the tech part right (although I think the "Likes" and the like are out of control). The site is slick and their apps are wonderful to use.
I'd like to see IB tell us that getting things to a modern platform is a priority. I haven't heard that yet.
