White space on FT when using Safari on iPad or iPhone

I had the problem about a week ago on an iPad 2 and then a couple days ago it suddenly was OK again. When it was happening, the correct version of the page without all the white space would flicker briefly as the page was loading.

I have not received any updates from tech; it's possible it resolved itself, or perhaps only for a few users; we'll find out I suppose...

Some other users mentioned this issue a few weeks ago, and I remember checking on my ipad2; my Safari was working just fine.

I think I've also been looking at FT over the last few days on my iPad, but just today, I've now started to experience the "big white space at the top" issue, too.

I'm now also seeing this mysterious "big white space at the top" on the native BlackBerry browser. (Don't remember seeing this issue last week...)

Same issue on both the iPad2 and the iPhone for me. Huge white space.

Friday morning - used my iPad fine in the hotel at 7:15am (eastern)
Got to airport and by 8:00, the white space was back.
