That sounds like the correct behavior because there are several regions and 2 questions; we did record a successful ballot for you. Were you not able to vote?

I get "You didn't select any option as votes. Please try again" even when I have.

Be sure you've made selections on the region you're currently viewing when you click the submit button; if you have switched regions or toggled between awards, you may not be submitting data.

There are six screens (2 awards/3 regions) that need to be submitted separately in order to vote for all categories.

Method 1
I previously tried to vote for the "Best Rewards Program" separately from the "Outstanding Benefit Voting", however both gave the same error message, i.e.

"Currently Voting for: Best Rewards Program"
I then selected "Europe/Africa".
I then went to "Airline -> Your #1 Choice" and made a selection.
I then pressed "SUBMIT my final vote for this region."
I got the same error message.

I then went to
"Switch to Outstanding Benefit Voting"
I then selected "Europe/Africa".
I then went to "Airline -> Your #1 Choice" and made a selection.
I then pressed "SUBMIT my final vote for this region."
I got the same error message.

Method 2
I just tried this other way instead:
"Currently Voting for: Best Rewards Program"
I then selected "Europe/Africa".
I then went to "Airline -> Your #1 Choice" and made a selection.

I then went to
"Switch to Outstanding Benefit Voting"
I then selected "Europe/Africa".
I then went to "Airline -> Your #1 Choice" and made a selection.

I then pressed "SUBMIT my final vote for this region."
I got the same error message.

If you don't mind - what is the browser you are using? Are you voting from a mobile device or similar?

I'm getting an identical error set - I'm using Chrome 16 on a Win 7 laptop.

YOU MAY ONLY VOTE FOR A GIVEN PROGRAM ONCE PER REGION; your #1 choice cannot be the same as your #2 choice, etc. – when you submit your vote, the electronic ballot will return an error until each program you select in a region is unique.

I was able to vote twice for a programm (vote #1 and vote #3) using FF 9.0.1 with XP

And I had to select something in a categorie, I got an error message, if it e.g. do not enter anything in a group (e.g. rental cars in Asia pp)

FLYGVA, thanks for the report. I've reviewed your voting ballots and it does not appear that you've voted twice for the same thing. Although a javascript validation glitch is possible, the system - it appears - recorded the ballot correctly.

GoldCircle; can I trouble you to attempt a vote via a different browser and report back on success/failure? Thank you.

I'm also getting the 'You didn't select any option as votes. Please try again' - trying to submit only my top two choices in the Europe region for airlines and hotels only, for both Best Rewards and Outstanding Benefit.

I'm using IE8 on a Windows XP desktop (yeah, I know but it's a company PC :))
