LH Ad showing up on FT Premium

LH Ad showing up on FT Premium
I've now noticed that I am getting an advertisement for LH mobile services on every page. I am signed up for FT Premium, which is supposed to guarantee no ads. Why am I seeing this?

It looks like the java code is set to serve up a variety of ads, which totally sucks considering you charge us not to see ads.
Please remove them from the premium version.

While I'm not feeling as uppity as other folks are, I would also like this ad to be removed as no ads is included as part of my InsideFlyer subscription. Thanks.
