Getting a thread unlocked
I had a moderator unlock a thread as he incorrectly assumed, based on the ill advice of someone else, that two topics I posted were the same and that I was "cross-posting". I was not. How do I get this unlocked? Thank you.

I don't think the tech team/dept would get involved with moderation.
If this is the thread you were talking about and you believe you were misunderstood, you should PM the forum mod and explain yourself in more details so the mod can take proper action.
