Adding Signature

I don't see that option. Do I have permission? Please enable.

To be eligible to display a signature with each post, you must be a member of FlyerTalk for at least 90 days and have contributed 90 posts to the community. "Post padding" or other methods to artificially inflate a post count in order to add a signature are a violation of the ToS and will result in disciplinary action.

It is a recent change... and it was a stickied announcement in the Community forums a few days before it took effect.

I wondered where my exisiting signature went. Too bad they didn't grandfather the change, let us who had them keep them.

Will this encourage more chatter? (Gee, how many +1's did I see today?)

Given the number of times (especially since I'm on FT in the wee hours) I've had to RBP new FT members who have spammy signature links, I think this is far from a negative move.

90/90 is probably a bit excessive--spammers usually have 1-5 posts, so 30/30 would probably be a good compromise. Generally, though, it seems to take much more than 90/90 for people to realize what a signature is, so it's probably not much of an issue...
