I tend to doubt it. The problem with Flyertalk Reviews is that it is in direct competition with more popular forums, most notably Trip Reports. If I go on a trip and I went to a good restaurant, I'm going to write it up in prose in a trip report and then not spend the energy to rate it in Flyertalk Reviews. Too many competing interests for the same information, only so much effort per poster.

I thought TB was supposed to be about suggesting new addditions and deletions. If the board wants to include "effort" in its decision-making process, that's up to them.
The don't click on it mentality makes no sense.

Update: There were a grand total of 10 restaurant reviews posted from September to now. That's 3 months and 10 reviews.
