Upgrade Award ticket?
I'll be flying LH business LAX-ZRH-BCN VIE-ZRH-LAX on an AA 80K award ticket this summer for a second honeymoon (20th anniversary). Already have seats 9 AB on the A340 (based on your advice) RT. Any chance for an operational upgrade to first class? What about Rows 4 & 5 in the front business class mini-cabin?
Im America West/US Airways (HP/US) silver, which is now in Star Alliance. I checked, but STC wont match status. Any advise on any other status matches?
