Has LX raised the fuel surcharge again???
I am currently looking at a TXL-ZRH-BCN round trip flight the upcoming weekend.
Yesterday it priced out at EUR 219.61 all inclusive.
Tonight, I selected the exactly same flights with the same basic fares (EUR 46.50 each way) and it prices out at EUR 232.57!
The surcharge details now show a whopping EUR 80 fuel surcharge! (Unfortunately I didn't have a closer look at the surcharge details yesterday, so I don't know exactly what has been changed.)
I haven't found any press releases regarding changed fuel surcharges. In the past, LX usually had the decency to give a few days advance warning of such changes, probably they're not allowed to do this anymore...
I wonder if we'll see a press release tomorrow...

Fuel surcharge might not be the correct wording

Oil prices are sharply declining, VA and BA are reducing their surcharges and Swiss just introduced "fuel" surcharges
