The well-known choice:
a) collect the full amount of miles with Swiss and get them transfered to LH by the end of March - as BONUS miles
b) collect with LH and get STATUS miles (who count for the status) - but get almost nothing in the cheapo classes

So it counts for status miles, but only until 31 March.
