It could be useful that everyone in this case send an email to STC, in order to inform them about that's massive problem of their crediting process. I sent them an email yesterday, no answer at this time.

which e-mail address to use for this?
i have an idea, why we dont get the miles credited... maybe cause we used the wap service before june 10th and so somehow they started counting the visits this day, so the computer thinks we logged in more times than once each day...
okay, now i got mine, too

Yes...the problem seems to be fixed now. Got my miles credited for Friday / Saturday and Sunday .

Maybe they got too many emails?

Are any of you worried about entering your account details on the Wapsilon site? I am somewhat reluctant...

airoli, why not use OPERA web browser?
It supports Windows, Mac, Linux etc.

AHO, I am quite happy with Firefox and did not feel like installing yet another browser. But you got me thinking... and I found a neat little extention that enables Firefox to display WAP pages as well. It can be downloaded for free here.

Question Volume for WAP

Does anyone know the volume for the WAP request? With pictures and without pictures?

Yes Airoli, I am a little worried about it. But I've been doing it anyway. Is there really reasonable cause for concern, do you think? You get the chance to log off, and it theoretically should be impossible to get back in without the number.

I would say if one has the common security features on his computer (i.e. antivirus and firewall, opera instead of internet explorer, no outlook) there is little to worry about it.

let me put it that way: if your bank would make such a promotion: "earn CHF 5 for each WAP account balance query ". would you enter your username/password on a website that provides you with a wap-service or inside a tool that does not communicate via a secure line?
