Hello,
I checked yesterday morning my account with wapsilon and got there the message about the 50miles as well.
But nothing has been credited to my account yet - any other experiences here...?

Hi Patrick. I have the same problems like you. Nothing is being credited on my own account, but the miles on my girl friends account are credited. I will have to send my complaint number xxx to Swiss... Enjoy the weekend

wife - checked with wapsilon wifes account and she got 50 miles for yesterday. for my own i used klondike (rather not risk my million miles by entering pincode on some website) but no credit...
but as i read here, doesnt seem to have to do with how you check... maybe promo is only for women

She got 50 bonus miles, but I didn't.

Got the same problem. I'm managing multiple accounts. All of them showed that the 50 points have been registered yesterday. But only one of them has credited those 50 points.
Checking the accounts via WAP again today, on that one account said that another 50 points are registered for today's check. The others say that the points have already been registered previously. So I don't expect any points for these accounts for today either?!?

I just checked again today, all the miles have been credited to everyone (based or not based) except for me again!
I think the system as a problem with my TC number, everyday I try and the "wap" answer is that I already got the miles for the day !
I think they have to "reset" the account or something...
