PE is now rolled out on the first A340 (JMB). The other 3 to follow by end of April. JMC will be transferred to WK, so will not receive the PE cabin.
config 8F/42C/21PE/144Y vs previously 8F/47C/168Y, total of 8 seats less.

I'm going to fly Y+ on LX and OS for the first time on both airlines in July.
On LX B777-300ER I can see row 20 has lots of legroom (perfect), no window though. I don't mind aisle seats unless there are lavatories in front of it which means pax group in front of you and stick their ... in your face. And I'd rather have more legroom than a window. Would you go for 20J (aisle) or 20K ("window" without a window, but I guess you can rest against the fuselage wall?). No lavatory for Y+ in front of these seats, so I expect quiet seats, except FA going up and down, so perhaps 20K would be better?
