I don't get this, if you had trouble and vomited due to frozen yogurt why would you go back and eat more ? It doesn't take a PHD to know that frozen/cold food can lead to digestive problems. That's not even mentioning alcohol.

If you've been vomiting and drinking alcohol then presumably you have a particular odor, might have perspired and you might have slurred your words.

Generally these types of stories have 2 sides to them and it seems like the crew may have believed you were drunk, threatening or abusive - from your post I would agree.

Also why is everyone a liar or categorized by racial attributes ? Does it make a difference to your story ?

Have you thought that airlines don't offload passengers for fun and that it costs them money and resources. The same employees you mentioned then have extra paperwork or processes to go through in dealing with such passengers.

Written differently you would have had my sympathy (as LX customer service is really horrible and atrocious but that dates back to SR) - but in this case (based on what I read here) I think they did the right thing.

10-year silence on FT and now the OP pops up with a sob story about how they got drunk, were denied boarding and now everyone is responsible for everything, except the OP :)

You have it all wrong. First of all, I am not British. If you actually read the entire message, you can clearly see "everyone is responsible for everything," except the OP and a few other individual totally unrelated to the OP.

I certainly hope the OP isn’t. We’ve got enough reputational issues at the moment as it is.

You do not get it because you have not read the entire post. I had more frozen yogurt because I felt totally and absolutely fine after vomiting at around 1800. I felt no headache, no nauseating, nada, afterwards. I was not even a bit intoxicated when I was offloaded off the plane.

I did not categorize "everyone" by racial attributes. Read again.

I did NOT escape from the lounge.

Many involved are liars. I have clearly highlighted what the lies are already.

It is not my problem that Swiss and the Hong Kong Airport Services believed the outrageous LIE made up the manager of the Thai lounge. I did not escape from the Thai Lounge like a drunkard at around 2230. I have problem with Swiss resorting to character assassination and more lies in order to relief itself from liabilities.

If fact, the lounge manager was not even at the lounge during my stay. He phoned and fed the other parties with the lie offsite.

One of the lies made up by Swiss, for example:

"INTERVIEW WITH SUPERVISOR OF CALL CENTER --- The passenger contacted our call center on the morning of 19 June / He could not think and talk in a proper way / Most probably, he was very drunk / He also told the supervisor that he did drink something in the lounge before boarding."

Again, the supervisor of the United Airlines check-in desk on duty at Hong Kong International Airport on 19 June 2018, who lent me the phone to call Swiss International Air Lines just before 0900 local time, can totally EXPOSE THE LIE ABOVE about how I was supposedly very drunk and incoherent in that morning. The supervisor wore a pony tail on that sunny morning. The ticket was redeemed with United Airlines MileagePlus miles.

From Swiss to the Consumer Council of Hong Kong after being exposed for lying:

"Besides, we usually offer additional information in order to give Consumer Council a full picture about the case. Please kindly do not forward our internal communication or offer the contact of any other staff directly to the passenger."

dude you are insane. so you vomited once according to you. so that is one fact that is not in debate. now keep in mind you are about to board a very long flight. they have to make an assessment of you to whether you will cause any issues (willingly or unwillingly) during this long flight which may have to led to a diversion. you could be drunk. you could be sick. you could have food posioning. who knows. but vomiting right before a long flight is a huge red flag. so based on what they saw, they decided to unload you and reschedule you for the following day..

but for some odd reason you have gone absolutely bonkers. months after this incident you are still trying to get something. they owe you nothing. you need to move on with your life and put this behind you. reading your rant honestly makes me sad for you...

You keep using this phrase - which I don't understand. What do you mean by "escape"? Were you being held captive by the lounge dragons?

so multiple people doing their jobs are liars and there is a huge conspiracy against you. trust me, it's easier for them to see you gone than to keep you another day. usually when there are multiple people who are doing their job who are all saying one thing and one person; who has the writing style of a 12 year old girl who has been betrayed by her best friend, says another, i know who to believe

Not sure which country you are from OP, you can always take your case to the judiciary to try solve the issue.

Swiss offered no assistance. I went to United, they heard the story, they would like to waive the fee because they were sympathetic but the system would not allow them.

What about you? You are so naive to believe the lie about me escaping from the lounge like a drunkard made up by the Thai lounge manager? Yes, they owe me because they made up more lies about me. You on the other hand need to be a better judge of character, thank you.

"The "fights" started because the Thai Royal Orchid lounge manager lied about me escaping from the lounge like a drunkard without permission. That's why the subsequently lying Swiss, the perpetually silent Hong Kong Airport Services got antsy about it."

Have you considered engaging with a law firm ? There was a post here a while back and they had engaged with Collins Biggers & Paisley Lawyers based out of Melbourne. I figured you've got Hong Kong, Swiss, New York authorities involved, might as well get someone from Australia on-board.

Here's the post which mentions the law firm - https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/othe...-airlines.html

Your elementary school writing style is truly impressive, NOT.

Maybe your 12-year old intelligence makes you follow the bigger group. That's sad.

Well, I was told at the gate by an HAS employee that an employee from the Thai lounge was supposedly to escort me to the gate.

I did not know that. I was flying business class and did not expect to receive "concierge" service. I was / am so touched. NOT.

Thank you so much for being neutral! I truly mean it.

I believe that the passenger was innocent when he got booted off a Westjet flight because he was dozing off while the plane was taxing. I did not trash the passenger in my head like how so many trashes me on here. My reaction to that incident is like "wow things do happen and luckily I was not involved in this instance."
