I think I had same or similar thing: I could bring the "Prämie" to the screen, but I never could reach the payment page.

The French speaking line (032-323 05 06) seems to be completely broken: it just doesn't connect, the line goes dead. I like the French line because they were very helpful in the past. I will try both the French and German lines tomorrow at 08h00, rather than leaving it until later in the day. The cost of these dead, 'warteschleife' calls from here in Germany is beginning to mount up.
Are you unable to bring the Prämie up on the screen, because I can see it? Or is it rejected when you get to the payment page? I haven't made another purchase yet.

I'm able to put the miles in the shopping cart, but as soon as I want to hit the button to place my order, the same screen (of the shopping cart) shows up again .
The guy told me I should get a pop up screen giving me the choice of my paiement method (postcard etc...) after inserting the miles-article in the shopping cart, which I never get .
He tried different ways on his side, I tried it on my cellphone as well, on my laptop without adblocker but the same problem stays.

Have you checked if pop up windows are blocked in your browser? happened to me once, I had to change the settings to "allow" for them to open. just a guess.

I am on a Mac and using Firefox, and it worked fine. Maybe it comes and goes. You know how great the internet is, how infallible this technology is and how secure it is. NOT.
Does the promotion work on the 14th too? I presume the dates are inclusive.

I have like 20k Superpoints to spend, means I pay 1550 in cash for the 116'666 miles. Would you consider this as a good offer to buy miles?
With 116'666, one can get a Biz r/t ticket from ZRH to SFO or so. But with every award, there are the taxes you pay, so in total I'd look at around CHF 2000.
Given the validity of such miles of 36 mt. for me as non-MM-status holder, would you still buy the miles for CHF 1550?

1550 CHF for 116666 miles.
Business saver award to japan is 70k, which is about 930 CHF + taxes.
First class companion award is priced at about the same level.
Yes, I am going to buy it. Even though I have half a million award miles in my account.

Myself, I'm in the process of maxing out this promo as far as I can, since I think the opportunity to buy M&M in such amounts at this price (CHF 0.0143/mile or EUR 0.013 / mile when using 14k points + 1550 cash with a credit card that generates 1 mile/CHF) doesn't arise very often.
I am using my miles for last minute / one way / companion / F awards or even Meilenschnäppchen and it does work out for me.
For your own calculation of how much you are willing to pay for a mile, you need to be totally honest to yourself:
- don't compare prices like, "this C ticket to SFO would otherwise cost me CHF 6000" if that is not the cash amount you would be willing to spend for such a ticket
- factor in the value of the Superpoints used (14k = CHF 140), you could always use them instead of cash at Coop or get this amount selling them on Ricardo
- taxes for a direct C flight to the US are higher than the amount (presumably) used in your calculation: CHF 622 to be exact for ZRH-SFO-ZRH
- factor in the miles you would get when buying a ticket vs. booking with miles

For people who have better German than I do:
Can we use the 175'000 superpoint limit as: 22x7500 + 1x10000? That would give about 900 extra miles in the cashback bonus
As a curiosity: one out of my 11 transactions got denied by credit card supplier, but the coop webpage still happily lists it as a finished transaction. I might get some miles for free...
