New and updated thread icons?
Can I propose that we make some new thread icons (the ones you see in front of a thread in the topic listing). I'd like to see icons like "dead" for a deal that is no longer available "do" for FT gatherings "hot" for hot deals etc...
When a deal is no longer available the moderator in the forum can change the icon from hot to dead etc...
I'm sure there are many other ideas that we could come up with...
Thoughts?

I think that would be a good idea. Just out of curiousity though, is there a way to set a control as to what's hot? In otherwords, if a thread hits say 100 posts or maybe 1000 views, that it automatically becomes a hot thread?
I'm not sure that we'd need to use the "hot thread" concept (would it be similar to the thread rating concept? Or would it be moderator controlled?) - I do like the idea of the dead thread though - currently, in the Mileage Run forum, we're placing FARE GONE in thread posts - which isn't a hassle to do...
