To & CC on PMs
OK, I don't really know if this is a "Suggestion" or a "Technical Issue" but is it possible to have the ability to see who a Private Message was sent To and who was CC'd on it?

Agree! This would be very, very helpful if it's possible in the software.

Third the suggestion! It would really help all members of Flyertalk to be able to see if they were the direct recipients or copied on the PM.

I'm a little confused.
If you're sending a Private Message, shouldn't it be kept private?
Lets say I have the same message to send to a variety of people. If the receipient thought that I was sending the same message to multiple people, it would lose some of the specialness. It also saves me time sending the same message over and over again to multiple receipients just to personalize it by adding their name.
Sort of the same as BCC.

First of all, I think the lowest form of earth shares private messages. I sent a "respected" moderator on an IBB a "private" message recently. He replied to me and (unnecessarily) other folks with my original message- actually multiple times. So much for my concern being "private" huh? But from that person, that type of act was completely par for the course. I feel that this person lacks complete tact and social skills AND lacks concern for privacy. He noted who he included on the "TO" but how do I know who else he included. I don't. It wouldn't surprise me if others not noted were sent the message... So much for privacy.
I just think it's a good thing to see who is being sent a Private Message, b/c you can send the same message to 2 people for a 3 way conversation and they know who is included!

Moderators generally copy the other moderators of a particular forum (or, in the case of the senior moderators, each other) such that their actions are known to one another and that if one moderator takes an action that the rest are aware.
It avoids "forum shopping," if you will. There have been members (respected ones, who shall of course remain nameless) who have in the past taken it upon themselves to try to get one moderator to take an action in particular forum or forums after another moderator refused to do so. Or deliberately asked a loaded question to moderators of a particular forum one at a time in the hopes of catching an inconsistant answer. And so forth.
I'm personally of the opinion that any member who might attempt to play one moderator off against another, well, let's say "lacks complete tact and social skills," but that could not have possibly been the case in this instance.
But that's okay--that's why mods tend to cc other mods on PMs.
I agree that it would be nice if it was codified into the software, if for no other reason that the general FT public would not have yet another chance to enjoy the soothing tones of a disgruntled member not getting their way bashing a moderator for no good reason, but I digress.
