Currently, whenever you try to view an especially long thread, navigation (located on the top right or bottom right of the thread) goes something like this:

[First<<] [<] [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [>] [>>Last]

I'd personally love to see an additional option added to these:

[ALL]

This would allow people who usually like to keep their page lengths under 20 posts long the option to expand the entire thread and read it all in one go. I can also see broadband users clicking on the "all" button at home, but keeping the "posts per page" set at default so that when they travel and use wireless/dial-up connections, they don't need to worry about setting the "posts per page" back to a more manageable number.
