Quote = Notification: possible?
Occasionally I consort with other eBulletin Boards (A mere dalliance that means nothing, I swear it). One of the most likable enhancements that I have found on the same platform is notification by email when somebody quotes you. It appears that quoting momentarily turns on the subscribe to function. While most anybody who gets down to the arcane in this Suggestions Forum is not likely to need this function, for those slackers who dont monitor all threads all the time, this might be useful.

Let's see if Jailer notices that I responded to this thread!

Anyway, back to the topic, this would be helpful if you could choose to turn the notification on on an individual thread basis, versus a "global" option.

You're correct - thought that was what you wanted in your post (vs the OP). Sorry to confuse the request then.
