Auction or clearance section?

This would be a big undertaking, I know, but perhaps you could consider an auction site of some kind (such as e-Bid), that would let airlines and individuals sell or trade points, awards, certificates, etc. (within the confines of the program restrictions, of course).

WebFlyer would require sellers and bidders to register with a credit card and send items via FedEx (for tracking purposes), and could charge the cards of unscrupulous participants in favor of the wronged party.

Wow! You're right it would be quite an undertaking but it might be interesting to check into it. ThanX!

I don't know if this type of forum would support an auction type section.

But maybe an area called "coupons for trade."
Like a barter section where FlyerTalkers
can trade coupons and certificates Off line.
What do you guys think? CATMAN

CATMAN's suggestion would be a reasonable first step, and would demonstrate the interest in such a full-blown auction site as I originally suggested. Simply providing another forum for at-your-own-risk horse-trading with other members would be easily done.

Great Idea, in fact, I would be interested in buying a 60,000 AA coupon.
