If you're here, you are obviously experiencing some issues with the web site. Our apologies for any inconvenience. We have an interest in giving you the best web experience possible, so here are some tips on how to get any problems resolved:
First of all, the web assistance team has this suggestion for you:
"We first suggest the normal steps of clearing their cache (temporary files) and cookies, then log out of their Starwood Preferred Guest account online, then close all browser windows before trying again. Please note that clearing cookies may also remove any stored passwords in the browser.
It is important for them to log out to ensure no bad/old data is saved and so that the online account has a chance to refresh.
Also note that cache and cookies are 2 different things. The cache memory is what remembers old content for faster page loading and may cause errors after updates. Cookies are mostly only meant for tracking during the current session. Both can still remember old errors that may have existed in the browser."
You should also be aware that being on a VPN sometimes interferes with your browsing experience. Try browsing without being on VPN and see if this fixes the issue.
If this does not resolve your issue, you can you can send an email to [email protected] along with any screenshots leading up to and including the error message.
It also helps if you include the following information in your email:
-What browser(s) have you tried? Is the issue happening over multiple browsers or just one?
-Are you using a desktop/laptop or a mobile device?
-If you are using mobile device does this issue persist when on a desktop/laptop?
Once we have this information, we can forward it on to the web assistance team for further review, so please be as complete as possible.
If you are having an issue with any of the SPG apps, you can send the following information directly to the SPG App team at [email protected]:
-What device and operating system are you using?
-What version of our app do you have installed?
-What is the problem you have encountered?

I can't log in on Chrome at all, and on Firefox all I am seeing are my upcoming Marriott reservations under "My trips". I have multiple SPG reservations for next (Labor Day) weekend that I need to review and one I need to cancel. Do I have to call in?
This is what I'm seeing since 7PM last night

How about they convert the SPG points back until it is resolved or allow customer services to do something, as this is why I transferred the points, to book a hotel which are now stuck and having to pay cash elsewhere.
Why on earth would this not go through some beta testing before upgrading the whole company

I seem to be missing about 75 combined nights. This year I am missing 15 nights. I'm a little concerned as I am very close to lifetime platinum.
Separately, is there a way to check my old lifetime spg-alone balance? I don't see it.
I feel I should have taken screen shots of my Marriott and SPG account pages.

When I log out - Marriott suggests I log in at SPG (which I already was) here; https://www.marriott.com/sign-in.mi?...mi?program=spg Sadly, that page does not even offer a log in option.
C'mon Marriott - fire someone today and make us all feel better.

If you mean when all your nights will be in one account, you must do the combine (and it complete successfully) they will not be done automatically. If you're talking about missing stays, that's being worked on.

Maybe for those that insist upon instant gratification... This is a major project. It could have been much worse. I view it like transactions are being held up, hopefully deliberately, to ease the load on the efforts to correct the base data before throwing more into the pot. If the posts aren't going to have an impact on imminent stays, there's no advantage rushing them through risking them being messed up as changes continue to happen.

There are 2 likely scenarios that could cause this: 1. The web/db/it team in inempt (unlikely) or 2. This new system was nowhere ready to go and untested but a group of executives have their bonuses tied to combining these programs by a certain date and rammed this project forward, The corporate culture never ceases to amaze when it comes to making decisions for immediate benefit of high up individuals at the detriment of the entire organization.

Have they removed the ability to write a review for properties? I cannot seem to find it just yet. A little help from the mob would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

So you have to keep that in mind when accessing the site from Europe or elsewhere where you're in a different time zone than the USA.
