Manager's Special?
Has anyone had any luck getting a last minute “Manager's Special”? I tried tonight at the Sheraton Pasadena Hotel and when I asked for the Manager’s Special, I was told that I could get a "great deal with AAA at $159!" Of course I was already on the SPG website, and was looking at their AAA rate for $105, so, needless to say, I didn’t take the $159. But has anyone been able to get a good rate for a last minute booking, and if so, how did you go about gettting it? Thanks!
