Internal Transfers delay?
Initiated a transfer 1 week ago, still not transferred.
I normally email [email protected] to speed things up but it seems like the email has been shutdown. Received a bounce back email
Anyone managed to transfer recently in under a week? (household)

I submitted a request for a point transfer on July 31st, and nothing ever happened. I got a confirmation email but that's it, the points are still in our respective accounts.
Was the request simply disregarded?
