Additionally, the T&C of the program state the bonuses will post 10-12 weeks after the promotion ends. That date would be August 7.

I was actually surprised they never posted, I have never had an issue the last times they have done mobile check-in bonuses.

Who did you email? The hotel directly or an SPG address? I had a stay on 6 May at LeM BKK that qualified but hasnt posted.
Do you think we will all have to manually trigger them with an email?

I had the email, but when I tried to check in online I was always sent to a white screen and never was able to complete it. I did send an email about it over a month ago and never heard back...

I had given up on this promo and didnt feel like chasing the 1k points I have been owed for a considerable length of time. But, sure enough, they showed up this afternoon. Really do not remember how many I should have- just surprised something posted.
