You’re the first person I’ve heard of who has got these points and you had to manually trigger them.
Who did you email? The hotel directly or an SPG address? I had a stay on 6 May at LeM BKK that qualified but hasn’t posted.
Do you think we will all have to manually trigger them with an email?
