Platinum Concierge for Spain?

Platinum Concierge for Spain?
I've just received my new Platinum card. Although I live in Spain, all the information was in English. It included info about the Platinum concierge service, but no phone number or way to get to them. When I called SPG in Spain and I asked for a number for Platinums, they told me the only have one number for all SPG members.
William, please, is there any way I could get a Platinum Concierge here in Spain? or anywhere if he/she is able to understand a so-so english with spanish accent :-) ?
Usually I make my reservations in the web, but I can easily think about situations where a Platinum Concierge would be useful.

fljbrs -- Your English (at least written) is better than used by some native speakers I know... 
One good option for you (mentioned by many FT'ers before) is to have a Platinum Concierge communicate with you by e-mail.

Probably an e-amil communication could be enough most of the time , although I also would like to have some phone number just in case of an emergency.
Anyway, I don't know how to find an e-mail for a good Platinum Concierge, either.
