Buenos Aires
Has anyone stayed at either of the properties in Buenos Aires, a Sheraton (expensive) and a Luxury Collection (muy muy caro)... curious if its worth the extra $.

If in BA, always, always stay at the Park Hyatt. It's one of the finest hotels in the world! Awesome service.

Well seeing as one night will be a "free friday", the park hyatt is not an option. But thanks for the input. I don't want to have to change hotels, but am willing to pay a bit more for the second night if the property is much superior. The locations for all of them seem fine for me. (Actually, any location within a few min. walk of a Freddo is a good location)

Be sure to visit Buenos Aires News if you want a fun night out. Make sure to get a reservation near the stage if possible.
Most all the nice hotels are near each other and service should be great at all of them.

i am Platinum Preferred in Starwood Program. i stayed at the Sheraton Buenos Aires in June.
I stay in hotels all year long - and let me tell you,
DO NOT STAY THERE - IT IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SHERATON I HAVE EVER BEEN IN.
You would do much better at the Marriott there - don't say I didn't warn you.
