The Philippines is painfully lacking in SPG facilities. Nothing in Manila or Cebu.

It was a shame that, when Four Seasons decided to get out of Berlin, that Starwood didn't pick it up for the Luxury Collection. With the nearby Westin Grand, it would have provided a 1 - 2 punch in the fashion of the Imperial (LC) and the Bristol (Westin) in Vienna.
