Starnet availability for SQ
Hi there,
I am trying to book an SQ Y award using UA miles (SFO-SIN-SFO) for late October.
The ANA tool shows plenty availability of SQ15 (SFO-ICN-SIN) but SQ1 (SFO-HKG-SIN) is generally only available once/twice a week. I prefer to take SQ1 because its overnight and gets into SIN around mid-day.
Does anyone know if SQ has a fixed schedule when they release award seats to starnet (quaterly?, monthly?) or is it just random :-) ?

Unfortunately I do not know the answer to your question, but keep in mind that even when you see availability in the ANA tool, you might still not be able to book the flight with UA miles thanks to UA's Starnet filtering.
