RTW stopover rules?

A question for the RTW experts out there. If, for example, I fly into LAX and out of SFO, I understand this count as 1 stopover. Is the stopover considered to have occurred at LAX or at SFO? i.e., could I make another "stopover" again at either SFO or LAX?

An open jaw counts 1 to the count of stopovers (and also uses up 1 coupon) but treated as a stop at both ends. So in your case you cannot have another stopover at LAX or SFO.
