Last time this happened the ANA tool was not displaying OZ availability for 10 days.

KVS is having the same problem. The problem is on the starnet side, not ANA.

It is working again for me now.

Then checked further into the future and now it doesn't work. Seems like it is in the process of being fixed.

This has been driving me NUTS!!!

Some people have nervous tics, I check award inventory.

Edit: that's www.jetfriends.com but takes a week to get a PIN. And guess what, it's down too.

There are several messages about disruptions due to system maintenance on ANA's Japanese language website this weekend ranging from 15 mins to 1.5 hrs, but the last scheduled maintenance period should have finished several hours ago.

Exactly...
KVS's Star Availability function just screen scrapes from ANA. That's why you have to enter an ANA account number/password in KVS in order for that function.
