Other than not reading http://FAQ.KVSTool.com/? 
That's where I understood "@" stands for on/request/waitlist....though it also mentioned that it is only applicable to NH/OZ flights.
So why does it show for other airlines/

Well, if you kept reading it to the end, you would have came across the FAQ part :
