Waitlist on award ?
 
I am using KVS and on my desired date, it shows "@" in all classes and in all airlines!
Even on SQ 77W!

What am I doing wrong?

Well, I did read that actually!
That's where I understood "@" stands for on/request/waitlist....though it also mentioned that it is only applicable to NH/OZ flights.
So why does it show for other airlines/:confused:

Well, if you kept reading it to the end, you would have came across the FAQ part :):
