Tap
As a regular flier with Star Alliance airlines (BD*G) I was disappointed with my experience checking in with TAP at Heathrow. The queue for the business / fast bag drop took 15 minutes. My bag was not given a priority baggage label. When I asked where the lounge was I was told that Gold Star Alliance members flying in economy were not permitted to use the lounge.
This is not a great Star Alliance experience. I think that TAP staff should receive some retraining.

Did they use the same queue for both business/elite and fast bag drop?
Happened to me in LIS as well, had to ask for it. I thought they would know better at LHR.
Obviously ........! Which lounge does TAP use at T2? The Servisair one?
Of course there is always the LH lounge where BP + *G card should be enough.

That's obviously rubbish and against the T&Cs. Did you push back on them? I've never had that happen to me but would not be very happy if it did.
