SQ wins here, but I'd put SK above LH and LX. I think the service as well as seat beats LH and LX on both accounts. Not to mention CPH is a much nicer airport than FRA.

I've done SQ JFK-FRA, LH/PrivatAir on EWR-DUS and SK EWR-CPH. I've done a few hops with LX on other routes.

I'd say that the new SK flatbeds are pretty nice and way better than the horrible LX A330 seats. If you decide to go SQ - get the Business Class seats on the second floor of the 747. Seat 17A/K with the emergency exit are really nice.
