If you mean awful: So is the CX lounge. But I've read that you can get WLAN there, so I'll give it a shot next time. |
SQ lounge in TBIT will close after Labor Day. A new *A lounge will open by mid 2007. In the interim, First class passengers could use a shared lounge in TBIT, while business class passengers could only access an off-site lounge by bus. :(

Loony I don't think Varig will be able to maintain any international lounges given the fact that they have more or less become a Brazilian domestic carrier ! :D |

AF don't depart from TBIT, but from T2. I think they use the NZ lounge there. It's the JAL lounge then which is awful? |

There is free WLAN from JAL, but you have to go through a pile of "accepting terms and conditions" in Japanese to get it - no English page available. A bit pathetic for a LH lounge. Snacks and drinks were minimal and the coffee machine was broken. Fortunately the lounge is staffed by Japanese, who all seemed embarassed by what they were offering and did their best to make us feel comfortable. |

She found me a space and once the JAL flight had been called it became more breathable.
