At TBIT you only have OZ RG and NH lounges as *G options, and from memory NH will be closed in the evening as is RG. OZ have a midnight flight 5 days a week but not sure if their lounge will be open as early as 1900/2000, which is when you need it for the 2100 SQ19.
Not sure if SQ are giving pax on SQ19 access to their lounge or not, given it's more of a prestige service flight.

NZ isnt an option - wrong terminal (T2 vs TBIT) and cannot access without BP for flight departing from that terminal.
Assuming you're starting in LAX then ask at check-in which lounge to use. If SQ lounge isnt available (quite likely) they will direct to another lounge for you. If connecting at TBIT then can also ask at the SQ lounge - they will either let you in or direct to another lounge you can use.

Go to the OZ lounge on the 4th floor. I'm Solitaire and I use that lounge now over the SilverKris anyway. SQ19 does not afford priv. to use Silverkris at all.
They will probably give you drink passes for the terminal restaurant but you can use the OZ lounge with yoru gold card. its nice and the service is pretty good too.

Why not stop over in the RCC for a while before changing terminals to TBIT? Unless you picked up SQ boarding pass in GUA then wont be able to access any lounge in TBIT (all airside) and SQ check in wont be open until about 3 1/2 hours before the flight.

I will be flying to NRT out of LAX and was wondering if the RCC is my only *G option. If so, how's LAX's RCC? Any drinks/foods available? If not, which one is the best to visit? Thanks in advance.

Yes, foods and drinks are available. Alcoholic drinks - you have to pay but they may give you a few RCC free vouchers upon entry if you ask and you are flying international. Foods change throughout the day, but only prepackaged snacks, as well as almost always apples and oranges. The prepackaged snacks range from brie cheese, tolberone in mini packets, ruffles original chips, bread crisps, jelly belly beans, cookies, etc. They usually have 2-3 prepackaged foods avaialble at any one time.
There is a water dispenser, and the ability for you to use the nescafe or similiar machine for coffee, hot choclate, etc.
The bathrooms are pretty rough, usually 3 cubicles, 3 basins. There are about a dozen to 16 desks in the main area which are large, have phones and lamps and then around the corner there are smaller study like desks in cubicles, again phoens and power sockets there.
Wireless internet is only provided by boingo.com (not T-mobile, so beware - you can subscribe for $9.95 for a 1 day or $21.95 for 1 month and get 1 month free). They have a mini business centre with fax machine, fed ex, etc.
Magazine selection is the skyshop inflight mag or the UA inflight mag (ho hum...) sometimes they may put out other mags (like Latin Business which was there last weekend). Also occasionally (typically in the morning) you'll find copies of USA Today on the centre tables near the windows.
There is a helpdesk for you to do your pre-departure OK to leave stamps and passport checks so you don't have to do it at the gate, upgrades, etc. Staff are far more friendly in here than outside.
Hope that helps... BTW - it closes at 11pm each evening.
