Cheapest ex EU country to begin a D RTW ticket?

Cheapest ex EU country to begin a D/C/J RTW ticket?
Hi All,

I've been using Expert Flyer to search for Star Alliance RTW fares but it isn't very helpful as they often aren't loaded. The time it would take to make mock itineraries in the booking tool would take me days.

Can anyone help me out with the cheapest EU cities to begin a 34 000 mile RTW ticket in business class?

Does it have to be EU? Can you consider CAI?

Just running some quick cities, looks like all of the Euro zone is significantly cheaper than ex-CAI. Cheapest in that region I saw was ex-LHR but APD may equalize that, ex-TUN was also slightly cheaper than ex-EU.
