Air Berlin could match provided your residency is in countries:Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and USA.

But the Air Berlin match is more complicated if you live in the US. From all the reports I've heard, you need to send them screenshot of a booked roundtrip USA-Europe booking on Air Berlin to get matched. Please do correct me if this has been changed though. And saying you live in Europe probably won't work either, as they ask for a document to prove residency.
