Arrival Lounges - which airports have them?

I know of AC arrival lounges in Vancouver and in LHR. As far as I know, only AC Aeroplan SuperElite/Elite or any passenger flying on AC business class, and on AC codeshare business or first class on another airline, and arriving at these cities on a transoceanic flight, will gain entry into these lounges. Star Alliance Gold members, of other nonAC airlines, flying in the economy cabin, will not gain entry into these lounges.

I wonder about other officially labeled arrivals lounges - the airports that they are located, the airlines that run the lounges, and the entry regulations.
