Pooling miles?

I reckon I'm probably barking up the wrong tree, but is their any *A program that allows you to pool miles or join a family under one membership?

Asiana, You get separate accounts and you may pool miles when redeeming, non-Korean citizens don't have to be from the same family. You can just give your miles.

LH allows in some arabic countries.
