And what's with the comparison chart between *A and Apple, BMW, Porsche, Amazon? Seriously, this survey is an insult to anyone with a pulse.

Javascript is disabled in my browser by default and I enable it on some sites on a case by case basis. Couldn't do it on this one because when it senses that Javascript is turned off, it jumps to another page faster before I could enable it. Honestly, I've never seen a page doing this (and I've disabled JS about half a year ago).

A Failing Grade

I'd give this survey a failing grade - send the people who designed it back to "survey design school."

Dear FlyerTalkers,

The survey has just been closed and we would like to thank you for your contribution, both in the study and in the thread.

But... we will be back soon, stay tuned!

It's still open. I just took it. Clearly run by marketing, not customer support.

When I finished it, it told me to have a nice day.

(I like *A mainly because I can shove my TK *G card at the UA lounge dragon and get into the United Club even when flying domestic coach. Though once inside I wonder why I bothered.)

The new adjectives (e.g. arrogant, useless) are certainly more fitting than found one's, but you're still asking us to compare with brands like Google, Starbucks, and Apple.
