Code share flights

Would appreciate if anyone can clarify whether the fare code on the ticket for star alliance codeshare flights belongs to the codeshare airline or the airline being flown. Thanks.

Ticketing airline.
Operating carrier may have separate fare class completely.

Thanks. To be sure, suppose I buy a codeshare ticket on, say, UA1111 and the flight is on a LH. If the fare code is P, is this the fare code for UA or LH? Thanks.

That is the UA booking class.
UA/LH maps just about 1:1 so the ticket would be P for LH as well, but it's not guaranteed for other airlines or booking classes.

According to most FFP rules I have read, it is the operating carrier that matters, and the booking class of the operating carrier that matters. However, where does one look for the booking class counterpart? I have an OZ-issued flight that is operated by TK, booking class is W. What TK booking class is that? Cannot find it anywhere in my e-ticket. I am trying to see if it earns any miles with Asiana Club, if not I will try to check Miles&Smiles.

Long story short, you can't. If you are lucky you can find someone who recently flew the same ticket and can tell you what the operating carrier fare was, but they do change from time to time so it must be fresh information.
