How do Upgrade Vouchers work?
I have several Regional and Global Upgrade Vouchers due to my Presidential Platinum status with Copa ConnectMiles (Star Alliance Gold status)
I am traveling soon to Bangalore, India, which is a 30 hour journey. I do NOT want to travel on coach. I will probably use United and Lufthansa, both of which are also Star Alliance. I believe I can use my vouchers, but I have no idea how... Copa ConnectMiles website is lacking info.
I know that fare class is a critical variable, but I cannot find those rules anywhere...
Anyone have any experience with this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
