Flying on Dec 31

1.Is there anyone that has flown to South Africa, Cape Town or Johannesburg, ON 31 December?
I want to know if the flight was very full in economy or is it a good day to fly if you don't want to be in a very full plane?
Particular interested in flights to and from South Africa on this date by
South African Airways
BA
Lufthansa.
But info on KLM, United, and France & Swiss will all be helpful.

2.Also, in which economy section to sit where it's less crowded?

3.Any other days when it's more empty like ON Xmas day?

4.Which of the above mentioned Airlines has reasonable prices to book to sit in a bulk seat with extra legroom and no wall in front of you?

Thank you so much.

Without knowing where you're flying from, no one can give you particularly helpful answers. No one can tell you with certainty which section of the plane will be more crowded.

12/31 isn't a particularly light travel day -- a flight at night might have less travelers. But there are far too many factors that go into how full a plane is. The date is just one of them.
