United elites: what benefits would you like to see on Star Alliance flights?
Complimentary upgrades?
Premium snacks & drinks in Y?
Better mileage bonuses?
More club access?
Ability to use SWU?
Have at it!

Absolutely NOT. As if other star alliance give this perks to UA elites, UA has to give the same offer to star alliance elites.
Depends how you define premium snacks and drinks. NH don't serve ginger ale in Y, only F and C, they could serve that as premium to elites in Y too.
That could work only if there is open sky agreement, like UA with NH and LH.
More club access as to what ? F lounge on some carriers ? Don't think it is a good idea, I mean if you are flying paid or award F, do you seriously like the F lounge to be crowded like RCC ?
Same us your first question, absolutely NOT. If you do that, then UA has to offer receiprocal access.

Given that only the US-based airlines offer UDU (and pretty well only GS and 1K and Plat will get them), I think it is a stretch to get other * members to offer it to UA flyers when they do not offer it to their own elites.
As ORDnHKG noted, other than F lounges what else do you want? * Golds, incl 4 levels of UA Elites, get complimentary access to lounges outside the US. In addition, the international lounges of other * carriers are much much better than UAs United clubs!
United has an agreement with LH to apply SWUs at the airport, subject to availability. AFAIK, no one can apply their upgrade mechanisms (other than the * alliance upgrades on premium and full fares) onto UA.
Seems you are asking a lot of * members, but offering very little in return!
