Continental availability?

Continental availability?
We are trying to book two reward seats in business class with Continental from Edinburgh/London to Miami via Newark in July, August or September.
Using the ANA search tool I have been unable to locate a single seat in either cabin in any of these months.
I can see that there is availability with Lufthansa which we will go with but know that the taxes will be a lot higher going through Frankfurt.
Is it possible that Continental haven't released their quota of reward seats yet?

It is a bit early to see Continental reward seats available, particularly for peak summer travel months on a route where they generally have little trouble selling out the plane with revenue tickets.
I'm not sure what you mean by "quota" of reward seats but it is quite possible that there would never be seats released on some flights. Even as a platinum elite on Continental I am not seeing inventory on their non-stop flights between EDI-EWR and there is increased inventory for CO platinums.
