Spanish restrictions on non-residents travelling from the UK runs until the 19th Jan currently, so if this is a holiday trip you won't be going unfortunately unless Spain relaxes this sooner, but I can only see things getting worse before they get better!

Probably good place to look is the Facebook groups on Lanzarote - seems to have plenty of details through a Google https://www.facebook.com/LanzaroteInformation/ amongst others
